Thai queue requests. Your business on Thailand time.

Give customers a queue request form with Thai labels and instructions. Your team manages the queue in a browser, while the business time-zone setting lets you configure Thailand time rather than Malaysia’s UTC+8.

Thai instructions for the customer request step

At a reception desk or service counter, customers can choose Thai before filling in their details. Review the form with your team and configure your service names clearly. The request-form language feature does not by itself mean the staff interface or notification text is translated.

Customers choose the language of the request form

The queue request page offers eight languages. The screenshots below show the actual language selector and Bahasa Melayu form.

  • English
  • Bahasa Melayu
  • Simplified Chinese
  • Traditional Chinese
  • Thai
  • Vietnamese
  • Bahasa Indonesia
  • Filipino

Language options cover request-form labels and instructions. Service names use your business configuration. Ask us to confirm separate requirements for staff screens or notification messages.
