Eight language options help customers understand the form labels and instructions.

Manage queues in a browser

Select business time

Choose the time zone for the business location and confirm its operating hours.

One country, three time zones

A business in Jakarta, Bali or Papua should plan its queue around its own local operating hours. For a rollout across several locations, list every branch and its time zone so we can confirm the right system configuration before launch.

Customers choose the language of the request form

The queue request page offers eight languages. The screenshots below show the actual language selector and Bahasa Melayu form.

  • English
  • Bahasa Melayu
  • Simplified Chinese
  • Traditional Chinese
  • Thai
  • Vietnamese
  • Bahasa Indonesia
  • Filipino

Language options cover request-form labels and instructions. Service names use your business configuration. Ask us to confirm separate requirements for staff screens or notification messages.

Questions before you start

Does the request page support Bahasa Indonesia?

Yes. Customers can choose Bahasa Indonesia for the queue request form labels and instructions. Service names are configured by your business.

Does Indonesia have one business time zone?

No. Indonesia uses WIB (UTC+7), WITA (UTC+8) and WIT (UTC+9). Select the zone that matches the business location.

How should I plan branches in different time zones?

Provide the location, time zone and operating hours of every branch. We will confirm how to configure your rollout; do not assume one business setting applies to all locations.

Tell us how your counters work

Share your country, city, number of counters and operating hours. We will confirm the recommended setup and quote for your requirements.
