Make joining the queue easier to understand

Customer service counters can receive visitors with different language preferences. The request page offers English, Bahasa Melayu, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, Bahasa Indonesia and Filipino. These options translate the request-form labels and instructions.

Questions before you start

Can customers choose English or Chinese on the request page?

Yes. The request form includes English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese, together with five other language options. The language choice covers form labels and instructions.

Which time zone should I select in Singapore?

Use Asia/Singapore (UTC+8) for your Singapore business and verify its operating hours.

Are WhatsApp notifications required?

No. Cloud QMS provides the browser-based queue workflow. WhatsApp notifications are an optional feature; ask for the relevant configuration and charges.
